Call me a wimp, but I left the bike at home today.
My goodness, I have sore muscles! And I'm not talking about my leg muscles, which are fine, but my upper arm muscles and my tummy muscles.
I'd forgotten that cycling really keeps your whole body in tip-top shape! Women of the world, take note!
